Best Real Estate Attorney in Charlotte NC!

Best Real Estate Attorney in Charlotte NC!Peter Carlino - Best Real Estate Attorney in Charlotte NC

Every Realtor knows that a great real estate attorney is worth his/her weight in gold, and I am certain that I have found the best real estate attorney in Charlotte, NC!

I've been working with Peter N. Carlino, of MacNeill & Carlino, for the last 4 years, and his professionalism, service-first attitude, warm personality and exceptional staff, will ensure that I choose Peter for all of my closings!

I met Peter in 2007 when he was the closing attorney for my very first clients.  My clients actually found him, as they had legal benefits through their employer.  Although I was a rookie and didn't know any better, Peter and his paralegal, Candy Mitchell, were extremely responsive to all of my requests and questions.  My clients' frame was extremely tight - two weeks from contract to closing, but Peter and Candy got the job DONE!  Because of that experience, I have chosen Peter Carlino for all of my clients who ask for a recommendation for a great real estate attorney.

Peter Carlino has also helped my clients establish LLCs in order to pursue their dreams of owning investment properties.  Other clients have consulted with Peter on the legal issues involved in purchasing a short sale or foreclosure, or any other legal matters involved in purchasing or holding real estate.

I have had many clients who have chosen their own real estate attorneys, with very mixed results.  Some experiences have been downright unacceptable, and it makes me cringe when my clients pay large fees for attorneys who are not able to get the job done.  I'll say it again...A good real estate attorney is worth his/her weight in gold!

Peter Carlino got both his Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University.  I suppose I will have to overlook this one character flaw, as I am a dyed in the wool Carolina Tarheel!

Peter Carlino's office is conveniently located close to Southpark Mall at 6743 Fairview RD, Suite A, Charlotte, NC  28210.  His phone number is 704-365-1811.  I know that number by heart, because I call it so much!  Wouldn't you like to have an attorney's phone number committed to memory?

I've sold a lot of homes in Charlotte, NC, and I can truly say that Peter Carlino is the best real estate attorney in Charlotte, NC!  Give him a call for all of your real estate legal needs - you'll be so happy to have him on your team - I know I am!!!

If you're looking to buy or sell a home in Charlotte NC, I would be honored to help you on your journey.  I have assembled a group of professionals, like Peter Carlino, who can help my clients achieve their goals - mortgage lenders, home inspectors, contractors, etc.  I'm proud of the level of service that I provide to all of my clients - call me to get started today at 704-654-9700.

Hi Melissa, it is always nice to hear good things about a real estate attorney here in Charlotte.  Will definitely keep his information in case I need to try a new attorney.  Nice localism post.

Judith, thanks for stopping by...

I'm not moved often to write a blog about someone here in Charlotte, but Peter has inspired me to do it.  I just love his style at closings, and the way he goes through the documents - taking as much time as needed to ensure that the clients understand what is going on.  i can't recommend him enough!

Hope to run into you in Charlotte, or maybe have a cross sale with you!

It's so important to have all the pieces that fit nicely into place.  And with attorneys being.... well attorneys... to have a great real estate attorney you have confidence in recommending it awesome.  I have the same type of relationship with the firm I use the most.
